The Human Side of Technology: Leading People Through Digital Transformation

This research project will address various approaches to capability building in employees across a range of technology transformations. We will reference use cases from our own research to serve as the foundation for this workshop. Additionally, participants will play an active role in designing an assessment tool for their own organization, including making suggestions around the strategy and level of investment companies should be thinking about when it comes to leveling up talent.
