TRACK Workshop: Managing Risk in Project Portfolios

This workshop is designed to provide an introduction to risk management for R&D practitioners. Using insights from IRI studies, from the literature, and industrial experience, the workshop will allow the participants to understand and balance different types of risk on both an individual project and a project portfolio level.

Who should attend:

Individuals who are contributors to New Product Development (NPD) projects and those in innovation management roles such as project or portfolio managers. Job roles that will benefit from this training include those responsible for balancing R&D project portfolios and those accountable for forecasting and tracking “risk-adjusted” innovation metrics.
